HubSpot ChatFlow - AIFlow (Combined)

The chat widget uses the webhook API to send the customer inputs to the AI model and retrieve a response.

Knowledge

Current knowledge includes trained data from GemPages, YouTube and the HubSpot Knowledge Base. Additionally, the AI model has a custom price lookup API at it's disposal along with the ability to query for shipping information.

Escalation Logic

The AI bot has the ability to escalate interactions that it cannot properly answer, or that requires human assistance. For example, if it cannot find a solution to a customer problem, it should try to escalate to a human. Escalation logic is currently being fine-tuned.

Personality

The AI bot is trained to be friendly and helpful, personality can be further fine-tuned.
